Ingredients
- Dough
3 eggs
3 crumbled paçocas
170 grams of plain yogurt (one cup)
2 cup measures of wheat flour
1 measure and 1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
3/4 of a cup of oil
- Coverage
5 crumbled paçocas
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Crumbled paçocas to decorate
Directions
- In a container place the natural yogurt, eggs, oil and mix well.
Add the sugar, 3 crumbled paçocas and mix well.
Add the wheat flour and mix again.
Finally add the yeast and mix gently. - Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 45 minutes.
Allow to cool to temperature, unmold onto a plate or platter and set aside. - To prepare the topping, place the condensed milk, butter or margarine, 5 crumbled paçocas in a pan and stir constantly over medium-low heat until the mixture has a soft brigadeiro texture.
- Wait for the frosting to cool and place it over the cake.
Gently spread with a spoon or fuê and decorate with crumbled paçocas to taste.
Leave the paçoca cake for a few hours in the fridge if you prefer and the recipe.
