Practical and tasty, this onion bread recipe will surprise you!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 beaten yolk

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 tablet of biological yeast (15 grams)

  • 1/4 cup oil (tea)

  • 1/2 cup milk (warm)

  • 3 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • Oregano to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a blender place the oil, egg and chopped onion. 
    Beat well and book. 
    Add warm milk and yeast to a bowl and mix well. 
    Then put the wheat flour and add the creamy mixture.
  • Mix the ingredients very well with your hands until the dough is homogenized. 
    Cover with a cloth and let the dough rest for an hour.
  • Make balls with portions of the dough and model the breads. 
    Then place side-by-side on a greased and floured baking sheet, respecting the spacing between the balls, and brush with the egg yolk.
  • Take the buns to the preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake them for approximately 35 minutes. 
    Turn off the oven, wait for the onion buns to cool down a bit and the recipe is ready.
