Ingredients
- Dough
3 eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup boiling water (tea)
1 cup of chocolate (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup oil (tea)
1 tablespoon cake yeast
- Calda
1/2 cup (tea) of chocolate milk
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup of milk (tea)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch or wheat flour
Sprinkles to decorate (optional)
Directions
- In a blender place the eggs, sugar, boiling water, oil and beat well.
Gradually add the sifted wheat flour mixture with the chocolate powder while beating.
Finally add the baking soda and beat lightly to uniform. - Pour the dough into the greased mold and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
Remove and let cool at room temperature. - To prepare the syrup, add the chocolate powder, sugar, milk, butter and cornstarch or wheat flour to a pan.
Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened. - Pierce the cake dough, add the chocolate frosting on top and spread well.
Decorate with your favorite confectionery on top and the Nega Maluca cake is ready to eat.
