Prepare coffee or tea to accompany this delicious soft cake!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk

  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 600 ml of milk

Directions

  • Add the eggs, milk, powdered milk, sugar, margarine or butter and wheat flour to a blender.
  • Knead for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and uniform. 
    Transfer the liquid dough to a greased and sprinkled with wheat flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for about 60 minutes, until the outside is lightly golden.
  • Remove the soft cake from the oven and unmold it onto a serving platter or plate after cooling. 
    Cut pieces the way you prefer and the cake is ready to be served.
