Ingredients
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour (600ml) and a little more to make the dough even
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup (tea) of milk (200ml)
1 tablespoon cake yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg

Directions
- Start by putting the wheat flour, sugar, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add the melted butter, the egg, the milk and mix again very well.
Then put the baking soda and mix gently to homogenize. - Gradually add more wheat flour while mixing the ingredients, until the dough has a firm consistency.
Model the breads in the form of balls with portions of the dough.
Arrange the buns side-by-side with spacing between them on a baking sheet and brush the yolk over the top. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and let the buns bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until they start to brown on the outside.
- Wait for the shortbreads to cool a little before removing them from the pan and the recipe is ready.
