Ingredients
500ml of milk
200 ml of coconut milk
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons of butter
1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 box of condensed milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and beat with a whisk for approximately 1 minute, until you form a white cream.
Add the butter, condensed milk and mix well. - Add the coconut milk, wheat flour and gently mix until the ingredients are completely dissolved.
Add milk little by little and stir until the dough is liquid and homogeneous. - Transfer the dough to a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for approximately 60 minutes, until golden on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and wait to cool at room temperature.
Cut the way you prefer and the milk cake can now be served.
