Natural and tasty, mango juice is also a source of many nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 2 apple mangoes

  • 1 liter of ice water

  • 1/2 cup (American) sugar

Directions

  • Peel the mangoes, cut into medium pieces and transfer to the blender. 
    Add the ice water, the sugar and beat until the mango is well crushed.
  • Transfer the mango juice to a pitcher if you prefer, serve in glasses or bowls, add ice cubes to taste and the juice is ready to consume.
