Ingredients
- Sauce
200g PortoBello Mushroom
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 girl’s finger pepper
1 bay leaf
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 Tablespoons of Flour
100ml white wine
700ml whole milk
Nutmeg to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
- Mounting
300g of fresh pasta
400g of Mozzarella
200g of Ham
Parmesan to taste
Chicory (or endive)
Directions
- Sauce
- In a hot pan with a drizzle of oil, add the diced mushrooms;
- Add 1 chopped onion and mix;
- Add 1 chopped girl’s finger pepper;
- Add 1 bay leaf;
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and mix;
- Add 2 Tablespoons of unsalted butter;
- Add 2 Tablespoons of flour;
- Mix well and let it cook;
- Add 100ml White Wine and mix;
- Add 700ml whole milk gradually while mixing;
- Add some nutmeg;
- Add some black pepper and salt;
- Turn off the fire;
- Mounting
- Pre-cook the dough to make it soft;
- In a baking dish, add a little sauce to the bottom;
- Add 1 layer of dough;
- Add 1 layer of sauce (little sauce);
- Add 1 layer of chopped ham;
- Add 1 layer of cheese;
- Add a layer of raw Chicory/Escarole;
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used;
- On the last layer add grated parmesan;
- Place the lasagna in a preheated oven at 250 degrees until browned;
- Your lasagna is ready!
