  • 200g glass noodles (sweet potato noodles)

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1 green onion

  • 2 hot green chili

  • Oyster Mushroom, enoki mushroom

  • Cooking oil

  • 3 tbsp of sugar

  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp of water

  • Perilla or sesame oil

  • Sesame


  • Soak the noodles in water. (20-30 minutes);
  • Prepare vegetables for Japchae.
  • Blanch the spinach lightly and season with salt and perilla oil.
  • Lightly fry the sliced ​​carrots, onions, green onions, hot green chili, and shredded mushrooms.
  • Boil the noodles for 8 minutes and drain the water. (Don’t rinse in cold water, let it sit.)
  • Sauce
  • Boil 3 tablespoons each of soy sauce, sugar, and water to make a sweet and salty sauce.
  • Pour the glass noodles into the sauce and mix, then add perilla oil and all the prepared vegetables and mix.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
