Ingredients
- Ice Cream
250ml of milk
2 boxes of cream (400 grams)
1 box of condensed milk (395 grams)
1 cup milk (powdered)
- Ganache
180 grams of milk chocolate
1 box of cream
Directions
- Let’s start by making the ganache.
Take the chocolate to the microwave every 30 seconds, stopping to stir and help it melt, or melt in a bain-marie.
Mix the melted chocolate with the cream, pour it into a pudding mold and leave it in the freezer for 25 minutes. - Add milk, cream, condensed milk and powdered milk to a blender.
Transfer the liquid to the greased shape with the ganache and leave it in the freezer for at least 12 hours. - Take the pudding to the fire for 30 seconds to melt the chocolate and make it easier to unmold and the dessert is ready to serve.
