Ingredients

  • Common mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (110 ml) iced whole milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 grams

  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 cup (tea) oil (minus 1 tablespoon) 180 grams Note – One cup of oil

  • Mayonnaise Green
  • 1 pinch of grated garlic

  • 3 tablespoons of parsley

  • 2 tablespoons chives

Directions

  • In a blender, add 1/2 cup (tea) of iced whole milk 110 ml;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 2 grams;
  • Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of white wine vinegar;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice;
  • Beat and add 1 cup (tea) of oil (less 1 tablespoon (soup)) 180 grams Note – One cup of oil (slowly, while beating);
  • Transfer the mayonnaise to a small bowl;
  • To make the green mayonnaise, add 1 pinch of grated garlic, 3 tablespoons of parsley and 2 tablespoons of chives;
  • Blend in blender;
