Ingredients
- Common mayonnaise
1/2 cup (110 ml) iced whole milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 grams
1 pinch of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 cup (tea) oil (minus 1 tablespoon) 180 grams Note – One cup of oil
- Mayonnaise Green
1 pinch of grated garlic
3 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons chives
Directions
- In a blender, add 1/2 cup (tea) of iced whole milk 110 ml;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 2 grams;
- Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of white wine vinegar;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- Beat and add 1 cup (tea) of oil (less 1 tablespoon (soup)) 180 grams Note – One cup of oil (slowly, while beating);
- Transfer the mayonnaise to a small bowl;
- To make the green mayonnaise, add 1 pinch of grated garlic, 3 tablespoons of parsley and 2 tablespoons of chives;
- Blend in blender;
- Your homemade mayonnaise is ready!
