minutesIn addition to being tasty and easy, this homemade blender bread doesn’t need to be kneaded!
Ingredients
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 whole egg
1 glass of warm milk
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 tablespoon(s) salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
Oil or butter for greasing the mold
Directions
- Place the egg, oil, sugar, warm milk, yeast and salt in a blender.
Beat for 1 minute and pour the contents into a bowl.
Gradually add the wheat flour while mixing the ingredients, until it forms a smooth and uniform dough, and transfer it to a greased and floured loaf pan. - Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise for at least 40 minutes at room temperature or in the switched off oven.
Then bake for about 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
Let it cool down and the homemade blender bread is ready to be unmoulded and served.
