Ingredients
3 tablespoons of oil or olive oil
1 kilo of ground beef of your choice (I used chuck)
1 large onion chopped into cubes
3 minced garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tomato, diced
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/2 can of drained green corn
3 tablespoons of chopped olives
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Directions
- In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil or olive oil;
- Add 1 kilo of ground beef of your choice (I used chuck);
- Mix well for 5 minutes;
- Add 1 large diced onion;
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
- Add Salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add 1 teaspoon of paprika;
- Mix well and let it cook for another 1 minute;
- Add 1 diced tomato;
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- Add 1 cup of water;
- Mix well and let it cook for another 5 minutes;
- Add 1/2 can of drained green corn;
- Add 3 tablespoons of chopped olives;
- Add 3 tablespoons of chopped green smell;
- Mix well;
- Your ground beef is ready!
