2 tablespoons of wheat flour

250g of mozzarella cheese

1 grated carrot

- In a bowl, add 1 kg of ground beef;
- Add 1 tablespoon of onion cream;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- Mix well;
- Place the meat between plastics and open with a rolling pin;
