  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges for serving

  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried thyme. This will be your marinade.
