Ingredients
700 grams of cassava (or cassava/cassava)
2 liters of water
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of cabbage
1 slice of pepperoni
1 onion
Black pepper to taste
Cilantro to taste
Color to taste
Bacon to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Peel and cut the manioc into cubes, place in a pan with 2 liters of water and cook until soft.
Transfer the manioc with half of the cooking water to the blender, blend well and set aside. - Preheat some oil in a pan, add chopped bacon to taste and stir well until lightly browned.
Add the pepperoni cut into slices, then the chopped onion and sauté, always stirring well.
Finally, add the chopped garlic and stir constantly until golden. - Add paprika to the pan to taste and mix well.
Add the manioc cream, the rest of the cooking water and mix while cooking.
Add the chopped cabbage, cook a little more and then add chopped cilantro, black pepper, salt to taste and stir more. - Let the mixture cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn off the heat and serve the hot broth.
