Ingredients
- Syrup
2 cups orange juice (480ml)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 or 2 cans of sour cream
1 box of condensed milk

3 kiwi (215g)
1 small pineapple (450g)
2 sword or pink sleeves (240g)
1 bunch of purple or green grapes (185g) pitted
4 plums (130g)
3 Bananas, 1 pear and 2 apples in water with ½ lemon
2 slices of melon
8 strawberries
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cups of orange juice (480ml);
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- Mix over medium heat until it starts to boil;
- Turn off the heat and set aside;
- In a bowl, add 3 kiwi (215g) cut into cubes;
- Add 1 small pineapple (450g) cut into cubes;
- Add 2 sword or pink mangoes (240g) cut into cubes;
- Add 1 bunch of purple or green grapes (185g) pitted;
- Add 4 plums (130g) sliced;
- Add 3 Bananas, 1 pear and 2 apples to the water with ½ lemon;
- Add 2 slices of melon cut;
- Add 8 sliced strawberries;
- Mix well;
- Add the orange broth;
- Mix;
- Add 1 or 2 cans of cream;
- Add 1 can of condensed milk;
- Mix well;
- Your fruit salad is ready!
