Ingredients

  • 500g fillet of tilapia, hake or hake

  • 1 piece lemon juice

  • Salt 1/2 tablespoon (7g)

  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced or crushed

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup (120g)

  • Cornmeal 1 cup (120g)

Directions

  • Cut the fish fillets and transfer to a bowl;
  • Season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and garlic;
  • Cover and let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes;
  • Dip in a mixture with wheat flour and cornmeal;
