½ cup of milk (tea)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 and ½ cups of wheat flour

500g sausage
Water to boil

1 cup (tea) of breadcrumbs

Directions
- Filling
- In a pan, add water and bring to a boil;
- Add 500g of sausage;
- Boil for 5 minutes;
- Drain on paper towels;
- Cut them in half and let them cool;

- In a pan, add 1 cup (tea) of water (size 240 ml);
- Add ½ cup (tea) of milk;
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter;
- Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour;
- Mix well over low heat;
- Transfer the dough to a surface and press down with a spoon until warm;
- Knead until cool;

- Fry the rolls in hot oil over medium heat;
