This year, Galeries Lafayette in Paris is celebrating its 130th anniversary and from September 6 to October 27, travelers will be able to enjoy various activities, events and several surprises.
To celebrate this anniversary in style, Galeries Lafayette brought together all the members of its eclectic family to offer travelers a variety of experiences related to fashion, design, gastronomy, and more.
So we share with you a little of what you can expect during the festivities.
The Birthday Table
From September 21 to October 1, a worthy experience will be offered to Fudis around the world, in which they will enjoy a culinary celebration, completely free of charge, under the dome at an elevated table from where they will have an incredible view of the galleries.

This experience will be offered five times a day and will include lunch, lasting two hours; appetizers, lasting one hour; and dinner, lasting two hours. Depending on the experience, you will find dishes, wine and champagne.
In addition, the table will feature exceptional scenery including sound and visual effects.
Although the experience is free, only those travelers who are selected in a draw will be able to enjoy it, for this they must register at the Galeries Lafayette official website.
Additionally, fashion-loving travelers will find products designed exclusively to celebrate the 130 years of Galeries Lafayette, ranging from tote bags, purses, notebooks, caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts, to chocolates, teas, vinyls and much more.
