Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cups of wheat flour
300 ml of milk
200 grams of sugar
100 ml of oil
1 capful of chemical yeast
Directions
- Add the eggs and sugar in a container and beat very well (if you prefer, you can use a mixer), until homogenized.
Add the milk and wheat flour, mixing gently.
Finally add the yeast and mix well. - In a greased and floured roast, pour the homogeneous mass and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ (make the toothpick test to check if it’s well done).
- Wait for the wheat cake to cool to room temperature and it is ready to be served.
