240g of sugar
260g wheat flour
1 level tablespoon of yeast or use a measuring spoon
100ml oil (or butter)
300g raw carrots (approximately 2 medium carrots)
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
- Syrup
6 tablespoons of sugar
6 tablespoons of chocolate or cocoa powder
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons of whole milk
Directions
- Cake
- In a blender, add 300g of raw carrots (2 medium carrots approximately);
- Add 100ml of oil (or butter);
- Add 240g of sugar;
- Add 3 eggs;
- Beat well;
- In a bowl, add 260g sifted wheat flour;
- Add a pinch of salt;
- Add 1 level tablespoon of yeast or use a measuring spoon;
- Mix and add to the blender;
- Beat and mix in a blender;
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape;
- Take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees until the dough is baked (stick a toothpick to see if it’s good inside);
- Syrup
- In a pan over low heat, add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter;
- Add 4 tablespoons of whole milk;
- Add 6 tablespoons of sugar;
- Add 6 tablespoons of chocolate milk or cocoa (sifted);
- Mix until very homogeneous;
- Turn off the fire;
- Unmold the cake;
