Ingredients
5 bananas
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1 cup oat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
Directions
- Mash the bananas well and transfer them to a bowl.
Add the eggs and mix with a whisk or spoon, then add the oat flour and mix again. - Add the cinnamon powder and stir to mix well into the dough.
Finally add the baking powder and stir to make the dough homogeneous.
Pour the dough into a greased form. - Take the fit cake to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes, until it is dry inside and golden on the outside.
- Wait for the cake to cool at room temperature and then run a knife along the sides of the pan to loosen the cake.
Unmold onto a plate or platter and the fit cake is ready.
