Ingredients
A drizzle of palm oil
A drizzle of Olive Oil
1/2 Red Pepper (chopped)
1/2 Yellow Pepper (chopped)
1/2 Green Pepper (chopped)
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
½ chili pepper (minced)
600g of fish fillet Namorado (or Badejo)
400 ml of Coconut Milk
400g Pink Shrimp (clean)

Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add a thread of palm oil;
- Add a drizzle of Olive Oil;
- Mix well;
- Add 1/2 Red Pepper (finely chopped);
- Add 1/2 Yellow Pepper (minced);
- Add 1/2 Green Pepper (minced);
- Add 1 Onion (chopped);
- Add 3 cloves of garlic (crushed);
- Mix well and let it cool;
- Add ½ chili pepper (minced);
- Make a space in the middle of the pan and add 600 gr.
of Namorado (or Badejo) fish fillet in contact with the bottom of the pan; - After 2 or 3 minutes, turn the fillets;
- Season with salt and pepper;
- Add 400 ml of Coconut Milk;
- Mix carefully;
- Add 400g Pink Shrimp (clean);
- Cover the pan;
- Let it boil;
- Add cilantro or parsley;
