- MARINADE
chicken fillets 400 g
cajun seasoning 2 tb sp or to taste
oil 2 to 3 tb sp
- BOILING FETTUCCINE PASTA
water 2 litre or as required
salt 1 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
fettuccine pasta 250g
1 tb sp oil
- ALFREDO SAUCE
butter 2 tbsp
garlic 1 & 1/2 tbsp(minced)
cream 1 cup(room temperature)
milk 1 & 1/2 cup
chicken cube 1
cajun seasoning 1 tb sp
cheddar cheese (grated ) 1 cup
black olives( chopped ) 3 tb sp
mushrooms ( chopped ) 3 tb sp
lemon juice 1 tb sp
Directions
- MARINADE
- Add cajun seasoning 2 tb sp or to taste to chicken fillets 400 g;
- Add oil 2 to 3 tb sp to a frying pan on fire;
- Add the chicken fillets;
- Cook on medium flame both sides until done (5/6 minutes each side);
- BOILING FETTUCCINE PASTA
- In a pan, add water 2 litre or as required;
- Add salt 1 tbsp;
- Bring it to boil;
- Add fettuccine pasta 250g;
- Boil as per packet instructions (aprox. 5 to 6 min);
- Strain and rinse with water;
- In a skillet on the fire, add butter 2 tbsp;
- Add garlic 1 & 1/2 tbsp(minced);
- Add cream 1 cup(room temperature)
- Add milk 1 & 1/2 cup;
- Stir;
- Add chicken cube 1;
- Add cajun seasoning 1 tb sp;
- Stir;
- Add cheddar cheese (grated ) 1 cup;
- Cook until cheese melt;
- Add black olives( chopped ) 3 tb sp;
- Add mushrooms ( chopped ) 3 tb sp;
- Mix;
- Add lemon juice 1 tb sp;
- Stir;
- Add the fettuccine;
- Mix;
- Add the chicken;
- Your Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta is ready!
