  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: sliced bread, lettuce leaves, or crackers for serving


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and dijon mustard. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
