Gelatin pudding is one of the most practical desserts out there, as well as approved by children and adults alike!
Ingredients
300 ml of water
320 ml of milk
1 box of condensed milk
1 box of cream
2 packets of unflavored gelatin (or flavor of your choice)
Oil for greasing
Directions
- Mix the gelatin with 300 ml of boiling water, mix until dissolved and set aside.
In the blender put the condensed milk, the cream, the milk and the dissolved gelatin. - Beat the ingredients in the blender until the mixture is homogenized.
Then pour into a greased pudding mold with oil on the bottom and sides. - Leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 hours, until it is very firm.
Unmold onto a plate or platter of your choice and the gelatine pudding is ready to serve.
