During the spring, Disneyland will offer experiences that will take visitors on a journey back in time to the 1950s and 1960s; and to a galaxy far, far away.
It’s about Disneyland After Dark: Throwback Nite and Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, two events that will be held on special nights during April and May.
Disneyland After Dark: Throwback Nite
On April 18 and 20, Disneyland After Dark returns: Throwback Nite, an event that invites travelers to relive the park’s classic past from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
During Throwback Nite, you can mingle with classic personalities, enjoy vintage music and dance entertainment, and watch the fireworks that lit up the night sky at Disneyland in 1958.
In addition, they will try drinks and snacks that were a great success during the first days of the park and will have access after normal hours to the attractions Peter Pan’s Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, among others.
To immortalize the experience, they will receive a commemorative credential and a guide map; and unlimited capture and download of their memories with Disney PhotoPass.
And to add a special touch to your experience, Disneyland invites travelers to wear a themed outfit inspired by the day Disneyland first opened, in 1955.
To be part of Disneyland After Dark: Throwback Nite it is important to purchase tickets in advance, which will go on sale on February 23; Magic Key holders will be able to pre-order them on February 21 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
Ticket prices are $129 for April 18 and $145 for April 20; pay over 3 years. Ticket includes admission to Disneyland Park 3 hours before the start of Disneyland After Dark: Throwback Nite. Parking fees are not included in the ticket.
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite
During the nights of May 2, 4, 8 and 11, the Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nitean event where guests of all ages will meet Star Wars characters, sample special menus and exciting entertainment, such as the March of the First Order with Captain Phasma.
They will also watch a fireworks display light up the skies over Sleeping Beauty Castle while listening to iconic music from the Star Wars movies.
They will be able to take part in a galactic ball, have after-hours access to attractions like Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (subject to availability).
To immortalize their visit, they will receive a commemorative badge, a guide map and unlimited downloads of digital photos from Disney PhotoPass, as well as find Star Wars-themed souvenirs.
And to live a complete experience, they can go dressed as their favorite Star Wars characters.
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite will start at 6:00 p.m. and end at 1:00 a.m.
