Ingredients
200 ml of milk
200 ml of coconut milk
100 grams of grated coconut
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
2 packets of unflavored gelatin (12 grams each)
1/2 cup of water (tea) to dissolve the gelatine
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of water (tea)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 grams of prunes
Grated coconut to taste
Directions
- Add in a container the grated coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk, cream, milk and mix very well.
Dissolve the jellies following the instructions, add to the mixture and stir well. - Pour the mixture into an oiled mold and transfer to the fridge for 4 to 6 hours, or until the dessert has a firm consistency.
Then unmold the manjar on a plate or platter. - To prepare the syrup, place the sugar, plums, lemon juice and water in a pan.
Mix well and lead to medium heat, cover and cook until a caramelized syrup forms.
Book and wait to cool down - Pour the caramelized plum syrup over the delicacy.
Finish by adding prunes and grated coconut on top of the dessert to decorate and the delicacy recipe is ready to serve.
