Creamy Tin Corn Cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) oil
2 cups (200 ml cup) whole milk
1 can of drained green corn
1 box of condensed milk
1 tea cup (200 ml cup) mimoso cornmeal
2 tablespoons of corn starch
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast
1 package grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a blender, add 2 eggs;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of oil;
- Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of whole milk;
- Add 1 can of drained green corn;
- Blend well in the blender;
- Add 1 box of condensed milk;
- Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of mimoso cornmeal;
- Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 packet of grated Parmesan cheese;
- Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
- Mix with a spoon;
- Transfer the dough to a form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
- Your creamy corn cake is ready!
