Ingredients
- Mousse
2 boxes of condensed milk (800 grams)
2 boxes of sour cream (400 grams)
400 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12 grams)
5 tablespoons of water
- Jam
2 medium passion fruit
1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar
1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of water
Directions
- In the blender, add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
- Add 2 boxes of sour cream;
- Add 400ml of concentrated passion fruit juice;
- Add already prepared unflavored gelatin;
- Beat well;
- Transfer to a platter;
- Put it in the fridge;
- In a pan, add the pulp of 2 medium passion fruit;
- Add 1 cup of sugar tea;
- Add 1 cup of water;
- Mix well and bring to a boil;
- Turn off and transfer to a container to let cool;
- Add the syrup over the mousse (it needs to be cold);
