3 tablespoons of tapioca gum
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of cottage cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 whole egg
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of tapioca gum;
- Add 1 egg;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 tablespoon of curd;
- Beat well with a fork until dissolved;
- In a skillet over low heat, place the dough;
