  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 whole egg

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of tapioca gum;
  • Add 1 egg;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of curd;
  • Beat well with a fork until dissolved;
  • In a skillet over low heat, place the dough;
