This recipe is simple, easy and quick for you to prepare a very creamy corn cream.

  • 1 can of canned corn

  • 1/2 (half) liter of milk

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of butter

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • Black pepper

  • 1 can of corn to cook with the cream beaten in the blender (optional)


  • In a blender, add 1 can of canned corn (without the water);
  • Add half a liter of milk;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (or unleavened wheat flour);
  • Beat everything;
  • In a pan over low heat, add 1 full tablespoon of butter;
  • Add 2 cloves of minced garlic;
  • Add the creamed corn to the pan;
  • Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • Add 1 can of corn without the water (optional);
  • Mix until it thickens (when it starts to bubble, stir for another 1 minute);
