Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (60g)

  • 1 American glass of milk (200 ml)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 400 g of wheat flour

  • To brush
  • 1 egg yolk with a drizzle of olive oil

  • Filling
  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast (500 g)

  • ½ onion (30 g)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 chopped tomato (100 g)

  • 1 can of canned corn (200 g)

  • ½ cup of chopped olives (50 g)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of hot paprika (5g)

  • 1 cup (150 g) chopped palm hearts

  • 1 tube of cream cheese (250 g)

  • Chopped parsley to taste

Instructions

  • Filling
  • In a pan on the fire, put a thread of oil or olive oil;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • As soon as it starts to become transparent, add crushed garlic;
  • Add cooked and shredded chicken;
  • Add chopped tomato without skin;
  • Add 1 can of corn;
  • Add chopped green olives;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of hot paprika;
  • Saute well;
  • Add 1 tube of cream cheese type Catupiry;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 cup of chopped palm heart tea;
  • Mix;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add chopped parsley to taste;
  • Mix;

  • In a bowl, add 1 egg;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter or margarine;
  • Add 1 glass of milk;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Add wheat flour little by little while mixing;
  • Flour the countertop and knead the dough until smooth;
  • Let it rest wrapped in a damp cloth or plastic film for 15 minutes;
  • Flour the bench again and roll out the dough;
  • Grease a form with butter;
  • Put the dough in the shape and cut the rest to use as a pie cover;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Roll out the rest of the dough, cut into slices and place on top of the pie;
  • Brush egg with oil on the dough;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
