Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 cups of cornmeal (200 ml each)
1 cup of wheat flour
1 glass of sugar
1 glass of milk
1/2 American cup of oil
1/2 tablespoon yeast and salt
Directions
- In a mixer or blender add the eggs and sugar, mix a little and then beat well.
Add the oil, milk, cornmeal and mix very well with the device.
Then beat with the device, add the wheat flour, salt and mix again with the device.
Turn on the device and mix well. - Add the baking soda to the mixture and beat just to make the mass homogeneous.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish sprinkled with cornmeal.
