Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
2 cups of corn flour (corn)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) milk
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar and cornmeal to the blender.
Beat for a few minutes, add salt and beat again. - Add the baking powder and stir until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
In a greased and sprinkled with corn flour, pour the dough. - In a preheated oven at 180º₢, bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes, until it is well baked inside and golden on the outside.
- Unmold the cake after it has cooled to room temperature and the cornmeal cake is ready to serve.
