Corn Flour Cake

With a mandatory presence at the June parties, corn flour cake is too delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 2 cups of corn flour (corn)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar and cornmeal to the blender. 
    Beat for a few minutes, add salt and beat again.
  • Add the baking powder and stir until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. 
    In a greased and sprinkled with corn flour, pour the dough.
  • In a preheated oven at 180º₢, bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes, until it is well baked inside and golden on the outside.
  • Unmold the cake after it has cooled to room temperature and the cornmeal cake is ready to serve.
