  • 200ml coconut milk (1 bottle)

  • 1 cup cornstarch (110g cornstarch)

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 box of sour cream (200g)

  • 50g grated dry coconut

  • Syrup
  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 2 cups of water

  • 300g pitted plums

  • 1 cinnamon branch

  • 4 cloves from India

  • In a pan, add 200ml of coconut milk (1 bottle);
  • Add 1 cup of cornstarch (110g of cornstarch);
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1 liter of milk;
  • Add 1 can of condensed milk (395g);
  • Add 1 box of cream (200g);
  • Add 50g of grated dry coconut;
  • Turn on medium heat (always mixing);
  • Once it gains consistency, mix for another 5 minutes;
  • Transfer to a greased shape with oil;
  • Let it cool and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours;
  • Syrup
  • In a pan, add 1 cup of sugar;
  • Add 2 cups of water;
  • Add 300g of pitted plum;
  • Add 1 cinnamon stick;
  • Add 4 cloves;
  • Cook over low heat (until the syrup reduces by half);
  • Turn off the heat and let cool;
  • Cover the delicacy with the syrup;
