200ml coconut milk (1 bottle)
1 cup cornstarch (110g cornstarch)
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 box of sour cream (200g)
50g grated dry coconut
- Syrup
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
300g pitted plums
1 cinnamon branch
4 cloves from India
Directions

- In a pan, add 200ml of coconut milk (1 bottle);
- Add 1 cup of cornstarch (110g of cornstarch);
- Mix well;
- Add 1 liter of milk;
- Add 1 can of condensed milk (395g);
- Add 1 box of cream (200g);
- Add 50g of grated dry coconut;
- Turn on medium heat (always mixing);
- Once it gains consistency, mix for another 5 minutes;
- Transfer to a greased shape with oil;
- Let it cool and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours;
- Syrup
- In a pan, add 1 cup of sugar;
- Add 2 cups of water;
- Add 300g of pitted plum;
- Add 1 cinnamon stick;
- Add 4 cloves;
- Cook over low heat (until the syrup reduces by half);
- Turn off the heat and let cool;
- Cover the delicacy with the syrup;
