Ingredients
- Cream
1 can or can of condensed milk
3 tablespoons corn starch (maizena)
3 egg yolks (sifted)
500ml of milk
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
180 grams of champagne biscuit
- Dessert Topping
1 box of sour cream
180g semisweet chocolate
Chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles or mini sighs to taste
Directions
- In a pan off the heat add a can or box of condensed milk;
- Add three spoons of cornstarch;
- Add cornstarch soup;
- Dissolve well;
- Add 3 sieved egg yolks and mix;
- Add 500 ml of milk;
- Turn on medium heat and stir until it thickens;
- Turn off the heat add a box of cream;
- Add a tablespoon of vanilla essence;
- Stir well;
- On a platter put a little of the cream and spread it well;
- Add the champagne biscuit;
- Repeat this process until all the ingredients are finished;
- Light the fridge for 3 hours;
- In a container melt 180 grams of semisweet chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave;
- Add a box the milk cream and mix well;
- Pour over the pavé;
- Spread well and take it to the fridge for another hour;
- When serving decorate with chocolate shavings chocolate sprinkles or mini sighs;
- Your Chocolate Trifle (Pavé) is ready!
