Chocolate Icing for Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder 50% cocoa
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup milk (warm)
1 cup of water (tea)
Directions
- Add the chocolate, sugar, warm milk to a pan and mix very well.
Add the water and mix more.
Then put the butter or margarine and mix again to homogenize. - Bring the pan to the heat and stir constantly while cooking until it boils and the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
Transfer to a container, wait to cool down and the chocolate frosting is ready.
