Practical and creamy, this chocolate cake filling conquers anyone!


  • 200 grams of bar chocolate

  • 6 tablespoons of 30% or 50% cocoa powdered chocolate

  • 2 boxes of sour cream (400 grams in total)

  • 2 cans of condensed milk (790 grams in total)

  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine


  • In a pan off the fire place the condensed milk, chocolate powder and mix well until completely dissolved. 
    Add the cream, butter or margarine and mix again.
  • Place the pan over medium-low heat and stir constantly. 
    After the stuffing comes to a boil, cook until the mixture reduces and thickens, always stirring well. 
    Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate bar and stir until completely melted.
  • Transfer the filling to a container of your choice and cover with cling film in contact with the candy. 
    Let it cool preferably at room temperature and the chocolate filling is ready.
