3 eggs
1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) sugar
3/4 cup (200 ml cup) oil
3/4 cup (200 ml cup) whole milk
3/4 cup (200 ml cup) 50% cocoa powdered chocolate
2 tea cups (200 ml cup) all-purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast

200 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of cold butter
chocolate sprinkles to decorate
Directions
- Pasta
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 3/4 of a teacup of oil;
- Add 1 and a half cups of sugar;
- Beat everything;
- Add 3/4 cup of room temperature whole milk tea;
- Add 3/4 cup of cocoa powder;
- Add 2 cups of unleavened wheat flour tea;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Beat everything well;
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder to cake powder;
- Mix well;
- Grease a mold with margarine and sprinkle powdered chocolate;
- Put the dough in the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes;

- Melt 200 grams of semisweet chocolate together with 200g of cream (in the microwave or in a bain-marie)
- Add a tablespoon of cold butter and mix until melted;
- Mounting
- Unmold the cake on a plate;
- Place the cover and adjust with a spatula;
- Add granulated chocolate or grated chocolate to decorate;
