minutesThis blender chocolate cake has fluffy and tasty dough, plus a brigadeiro frosting that makes it even tastier!
Ingredients
- Dough
3 large eggs
100 ml of oil
4 heaping tablespoons of chocolate powder
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) warm milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake
- Cover
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
Sprinkles to decorate (optional)
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, warm milk, sugar to the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
Add the wheat flour little by little while beating.
Add the chocolate powder and beat for another 2 minutes, then add the yeast and mix until homogenized. - Grease a baking sheet with butter and wheat flour, place the cake batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes (make the toothpick test to check if it is well baked inside).
Remove from the oven and wait to cool. - For the brigadeiro frosting, place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder in a pan.
Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened. - Pierce the cake with a fork and cover with the brigadeiro frosting.
Spread the frosting, finish by sprinkling sprinkles to taste on top and the chocolate cake is ready.
