Chicken Pie (Patty)

Ingredients
- Pasta
200g of margarine
2 eggs
75ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
500g of wheat flour
- Filling
1 medium onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of olive
500g shredded chicken
400ml chicken cooking water
2 full tablespoons of wheat flour
Salt to taste
Parsley and chives to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 200g of margarine;
- Add 2 eggs;
- Add 75ml of water;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 500g of wheat flour;
- Mix well;
- Let it rest;
- Filling
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 tsp of oil;
- Add 1 medium chopped onion;
- Add 3 cloves of garlic;
- Add 1 tablespoon of paprika;
- Add 2 chopped tomatoes;
- Add salt to taste;
- Let it braise;
- Add 1/2 cup of olive;
- Add 500g of shredded chicken;
- Mix;
- Add 400ml of chicken cooking water;
- Add 2 full tablespoons of wheat flour;
- Mix;
- Add parsley and chives to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Mounting
- Add dough to the molds (squeezing);
- Add cottage cheese;
- Add the stuffing;
- Cover the pie with dough;
- Brush egg yolk over the empadinhas;
- Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
- Your chicken pie is ready!
