Chicken Adobo is a popular Filipino dish known for its savory and slightly tangy flavor. It’s a cooking method that involves marinating meat, often chicken, pork, or a combination of both, in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns. The marinated meat is then simmered until tender.
