From 16 November to 19 January 2025, The Making of Harry Potter in London will be transformed to give travellers an even more magical experience, celebrating the holiday season in wizarding world style, with the event Hogwarts in the snow.
The tour will begin in the Great Hall, which will be decked out with gold decorations and Christmas trees, just as seen in the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
In addition, you will find the tables set with a feast that includes roast potatoes, peas, turkeys and flaming puddings.
As you continue your tour, you will pass by several sets, such as the Gryffindor boys’ dormitory, or the Gryffindor and Slytherin common rooms, all of these sets exactly as they were seen in the Christmas scenes in the films.
They will also learn the dance steps that Neville Longbottom learned for the Yule Ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
They will also be able to enter the Forbidden Forest, which will be covered in snow, and they will be able to walk through Diagon Alley, with its facades full of shops and cobblestones covered in snow.
If you stop by the Christmas shop, you will find a unique selection of holiday gifts, souvenirs and stocking stuffers.
During the tour you will also discover how the set designers of the saga created snow that never melts, using different materials.
Your visit will end with a walk around the snow-covered model of Hogwarts Castle. And keep your eyes peeled for a little snowman hiding there!
Tickets to enjoy The Making of Harry Potter this season are now on sale through the official page.
