Ingredients
3 big maniocs
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions
- Peel the butternut squash and cut them into cubes.
Transfer to a pan with water and salt, cover and cook until soft.
Remove from heat, drain the water and mash the manioc very well. - Add the butter to the mashed maniocs and mix very well with quick movements, so that the puree is very light.
Add the cream little by little, continue mixing well for a few more minutes and the mandioquinha puree can be served.
