10 tablespoons of sugar
Pineapple slices (to taste)
4 eggs
1 cup (tea) of oil
1 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
3 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup (tea) milk
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
Directions
- In a 28x6cm shape over low heat, add 10 tablespoons of sugar;
- Mix until it turns caramel;
- Spread on the sides;
- Add pineapple slices (to taste);
- In a mixer, add 4 eggs;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of oil;
- Add 1 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Add 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of milk;
- Beat for another 2 minutes;
- Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
- Transfer the dough to the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour (at 40 minutes, make a hole in the dough);
