Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons of sugar

  • Pineapple slices (to taste)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder

Directions

  • In a 28x6cm shape over low heat, add 10 tablespoons of sugar;
  • Mix until it turns caramel;
  • Spread on the sides;
  • Add pineapple slices (to taste);
  • In a mixer, add 4 eggs;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of oil;
  • Add 1 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar;
  • Beat for 2 minutes;
  • Add 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of milk;
  • Beat for another 2 minutes;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
  • Transfer the dough to the form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour (at 40 minutes, make a hole in the dough);
