This caprese salad will make your day lighter and tastier!
Ingredients
300 grams of mini-tomatoes (cherry or grape type)
300 grams of buffalo mozzarella or regular mozzarella in pieces
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the cheese in pieces, the halved tomatoes and the basil leaves.
- Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix well, transfer the caprese salad to the fridge for a few hours if you prefer and the recipe is ready.
