This caprese salad will make your day lighter and tastier!


  • 300 grams of mini-tomatoes (cherry or grape type)

  • 300 grams of buffalo mozzarella or regular mozzarella in pieces

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste


  • In a bowl add the cheese in pieces, the halved tomatoes and the basil leaves.
  • Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and salt to taste. 
    Mix well, transfer the caprese salad to the fridge for a few hours if you prefer and the recipe is ready.
