Ingredients
100 grams of sour cream
300 grams of white chocolate
300 grams of very cold cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions
- Add the very cold cream to a mixer and beat until the mixture starts to get creamy.
Add the sugar and beat for a few minutes until very consistent (be careful not to overcook it, otherwise the cream turns into butter). - Chop the white chocolate and melt in the microwave every 15 seconds, or in a bain-marie.
Add the cream and mix until it forms a smooth ganache.
Wait for the ganache to cool and add it to the whipped cream in a bowl. - Mix the ingredients very well with a spoon until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. - Use the cold cake filling in various desserts, or if you prefer, consume the dessert with a spoonful.
