Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 teaspoons chemical baking powder
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) oat flour (360 ml)
1 cup (tea) cocoa powder (240 ml)
1 cup of natural yogurt
1/2 cup (tea) milk (120 ml)
1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
Chestnuts to taste (optional)
Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them very well with a whisk.
Add the natural yogurt and mix, then add the sugar, cocoa powder and mix more.
Add the milk, oat flour and mix well. - Add the baking powder and stir gently to homogenize.
In a greased shape with butter or oil and flour pour the dough.
Place semisweet chocolate pieces on top and / or chestnuts (optional). - Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the fit brownie for approximately 20 to 30 minutes (check by sticking a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the brownie is baked inside).
- Wait for the fit brownie to cool down at room temperature after removing them from the oven, serve in pieces with the size you prefer and the recipe can now be consumed.
